God designed you to live out, and communicate in a way

Three phases of our Leadership Training System
There are three phases in our leadership training
system:
Phase
One: Change the way you think.
To be a leader, you have to be aware of what is going
on around you. You have to have a clear ‘worldview” and
know how to confidently articulate it to others. Phase
One of our program helps you understand and defend a Christian
worldview in a way you may have never thought possible.
Phase
Two: Unleash your gifts.
To be a leader, you have to understand the way God designed
you. You can’t just look at how someone else leads and
copy them. You have to discover the way God designed you,
and tap into the unique gifts that you alone possess.
When you do this, you will discover hidden reservoirs
of giftedness, talent and skill that will allow you to
influence others. Phase Two of our program helps you unleash
your God-given gifts.
Phase
Three: Communicate the truth with confidence.
A person who is very knowledgeable and gifted but doesn’t
communicate well can’t make a difference. Communication
skills open the door to influence. Phase Three of our
program equips you to conquer fear and learn to really
influence people to do what is right.
Advanced Leadership Training
As you grow in leadership potential, you will have
